"We wanted to retire to the Iowa City area. We live 663 miles away in a remote rural area. We were not able to visit Iowa City routinely to view properties personally. We needed a buyer's agent to be our eyes and ears and to understand our needs well enough to evaluate properties for us before we traveled to make the final decision. We found Kimberly by chance when we inquired about a property she advertised online. She was so responsive to what we needed and so proactive and knowledgeable that we asked her to represent us in our search. We are more than happy we did so. Kimberly made the process so easy, because of her real estate expertise, her perfect communication skills and her drive to succeed and take care of her clients. She has high quality standards, and she identified the areas that could turn away buyers if not corrected. Communication was prompt and excellent (except when she was not reachable out of town).
